The Family of Apps, Surfaces Operations team within Integrity Operations strives to keep our platforms safe. This team plays a crucial role for Integrity across our apps such as Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Threads. You will work directly with our cross-functional team (engineering, product, Policy, etc.), as well as all of the teams within Global Operations, to execute global projects from inception to launch. This team manages core operations across multiple Integrity abuse areas, developing and implementing process, product, and policy improvements that enable us to support our community and prevent real-world harm. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to harm reduction and support at scale. You will generate insights and optimize the labelling process. You will play a pivotal role in the development of AI and ML models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance across both integrity and support use cases.

Project Manager, Surface Integrity Operations Responsibilities:

• Own, develop, execute, and manage integrity strategies and solutions for Meta products to respond to Legal, Policy or Regulatory Escalations
• Develop operational strategies to create measurement reporting systems on how integrity issues affect the Marketplace community
• and then make strateies based on these key performance indicators to address content issues, including graphic images, videos, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material
• Manage and improve day-to-day Marketplace operations against quality and efficiency targets projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders
• Develop, maintain, and continually improve Marketplace human review workflows
• track and analyze key operational metrics to ensure key performance indicators/service goals are met
• Analyze data to identify user trends, malicious behavior, and harm on the platform
• provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements to develop or improve scalable solutions
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems, including leading investigations and resolving issues escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats
• Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community
• Build effective cross-functional partnerships and work with vendors, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Policy teams to create better solutions for our community and users, supporting Meta's global user base

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in operations, technology, management consulting, analytics, product, engineering, project management, or equivalent environment
• 4+ years of work experience in roles involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting, data analysis, technical systems) and/or customer operations
• 3+ years of project/program management experience driving end-to-end initiatives across various stakeholders and functions
• Experience leading process improvement projects across a cross-functional landscape
• Experience working in, communicating with, and leading global cross-functional project teams
• Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams
• Experience of effectively communicating new concepts and ideas to a broad range of partners and stakeholders, on a regular basis
