The Wearables Product Marketing organization influences early stage product development and roadmaps, creates go-to-market plans, drives in-market business growth, and provides direction for future investments.It's an exciting time to join the Wearables Product Marketing Team. We are growing the team as we look to accelerate growth of our AI glasses and plan for an expanded portfolio of products in the future. We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive and manage the go-to-market launch of future wearable products. This role will be embedded with our go-to-market and product teams and will represent the perspective of the market and "voice of the consumer" within product development to ensure we are making the best decisions to drive adoption, value for customers, and business growth. As part of the Go-to-Market PMM Team, you'll be working to unlock the next phase of wearables technology adoption worldwide.
Product Marketing Manager, Devices GTM Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of out-of-the-box Go To Market plans for new-to-world products, and drive integrated efforts across cross functional teams
- Develop specialized subject matter expertise in consumer-facing AI applications for wearable devices, identifying key user needs, emerging use cases, and market opportunities to inform product strategy
- Influence cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Design, etc.) to consistently build with our customer at the core, by building relationships, backing up claims with solid data and analyses and driving change through aligned goals and a shared organizational vision
- Partner with cross-functional teams (including marketing, communications, sales, and operations) to develop our holistic GTM approach, including audience definition, naming, pricing, retail strategy, positioning, and our marketing and communications approach
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 7+ years of relevant product marketing experience influencing product roadmaps and developing go to market strategies in close partnership with product teams
- Demonstrated expertise launching and growing consumer AI applications and use cases, working directly with Product Management teams
- Advanced AI literacy, with working knowledge of core Machine Learning (ML) concepts (e.g., LLMs, NLP, neural networks, model training, RAG architectures)
- Experience managing a high volume of complex and ambiguous programs, with significant self-direction and structure recommendations
- Demonstrated balance of creative and analytical thinking, putting forth clear and compelling vision, creative problem solving, and out of the box thinking in building net-new categories or product areas
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, adapting, spotting issues early, and escalating
- Experience using data and insights to inform and influence product strategy
- Proven track record of effective communication skills (executive documents, presentations)
- Growth mindset, views problems as opportunities and ambiguity as adventure
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience launching physical consumer products (eg. consumer electronics)
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias considerations, data management, and privacy considerations
- Experience or domain knowledge in augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, AI devices, and/or wearable and smart glasses devices
- Experience identifying and analyzing long term, critical problems facing the relevant areas of the business and drove solutions for them - including, marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance
- Experience with retail and POS strategies for consumer electronics, including product demos and education
- MS / MBA degree

$160,000/year to $224,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
