We are looking for a Product Management Lead to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company.FOS (Facebook Operator Solutions) is a growth team serving over 1 billion users by building high value experiences in partnership with telcos. We are creating highly optimized experiences which solve barriers for our users to register and use Meta products in emerging markets. We drive the future growth of the Meta family of apps as we bring the value of social media to new users across the globe.
You'll define strategies for large, ambiguous product areas and help guide teams on how to maximize impact through use of data and research to create effective execution and experimentation frameworks.
PM Lead
Facebook Operator Solutions Responsibilities:
- Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of products
- Attract, build, manage, and develop a team of product managers and product leaders
- Drive alignment across the company by building consensus on strategies and priorities leading to product execution
- Drive product development with a team of engineers and designers
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Understand Meta's strategic position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience building products at scale
- 5+ years of experience as a people manager
- Experienced in hiring and growing teams of product managers
- Experience using data to solve business problems, and leading through influence (vs authority)
- Structured communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or technical discipline, or equivalent working experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building consumer software at massive scale
- Experience in hiring and managing multi-disciplinary teams
