Meta is seeking an experienced Partner Manager who will serve as a critical partner to Government, Politics, and Advocacy clients utilizing our commercial products to build community and help clients achieve their advertising and engagement goals. In this role, you will establish and strengthen key client relationships by providing advertiser education and support. A successful Partner Manager is passionate about the government, politics, advocacy, and compliance ecosystem, seeks to understand the nuances of the industry, demonstrates experience making decisions with incomplete information and communicating recommendations to stakeholders in writing and verbal presentations, as well as a demonstrated experience collaborating across teams. This person will have demonstrated experience working well within a team, experience using Meta, managing cross-functional projects and relationships, and have demonstrated experience partnering with government, politics, advocacy, and compliance organizations in the digital advertising space.
Partner Manager, Government, Politics, Advocacy and Compliance Responsibilities
Establishes relationships and manages existing relationships across the Government, Politics, Advocacy, and Compliance marketing and advertising ecosystem, builds trust and credibility of Meta and its suite of products
Understand key decision makers and influencers, as well as the client’s organizational objectives, establish and maintain actionable relationship maps
Demonstrate the value of Meta products as a key driver for impact, inform partners of vertical-specific processes and provide Meta best practices specific to Government, Politics, Advocacy, and Compliance objectives
Navigate a complex ecosystem of partners, with new challenges and opportunities arising every day, and thoughtfully facilitate escalations internally
Develop and implement creative solutions that align with Meta's approach to Government, Politics, Advocacy, and Compliance with partner needs
Manage sophisticated relationships with a wide-ranging group of internal cross-functional teams and ensure that the group is delivering on expectations
Project manages complex work streams
Attend and present at events to represent Meta Advertising solutions
Serves as an external product consultant and leads agency/client/industry trainings to educate on paid and organic products (market permitting)
Supervise internal account operations and partner with concierge service operations team to drive high-quality solutions at scale for the Government, Politics, Advocacy, and Compliance vertical
Identify relevant industry trends and capture/identify product and innovation needs based on client/industry feedback
Inform/respond to RFPs with the appropriate target audiences
Synthesize data and insights for internal and external audiences
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver service solutions across the Government, Politics, and Advocacy vertical and ensure that cross-functional teams are delivering on expectations and escalate as needed
Developing productive and trusting relationships with partners and their stakeholders by demonstrating the value of Meta products as a key driver for civic engagement
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience managing marketing-focused partnerships or client relationships within digital media, advertising, or a policy-adjacent field, or 6+ years with an MBA or Master's degree
6+ years of experience working with digital advertising platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends relevant to regulated or mission-driven organizations
Experience introducing new products, processes and systems to clients
Experience working with advertising agencies or consultants, policy makers, governments, politicians, non-profits, or advocacy organizations
Willingness to travel as needed
Understanding of the overall government, politics, and advocacy vertical and geo-political climate
In-depth knowledge about the government, politics, and advocacy trends, partners, sensitivities, the dynamics of platform-partner relationships in the government, politics, and advocacy space, and the associated risks
Experience developing thought leadership in the government, politics, and advocacy space
Demonstrated experience in managing ongoing partner priorities without guidance, using your judgment and problem-solving skills
Experience navigating cross-functional resources within a large organization and building trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Performance marketing experience and/or brand advertising experience
Experience partnering with compliance and legal functions
Experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
Demonstrated experience in communicating/presenting to groups of stakeholders
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Experience managing relationships with cross-functional teams, with experience partnering with executives
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
B.A./B.S. degree in a technical or marketing field or equivalent work experience

United States of America: $132,000/year to $191,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
