Communication
More than 3 billion people use our messaging platforms to stay in touch with friends and family, anytime and anywhere. Our team is building out enterprise B2B marketing expertise to help organizations of all sizes and segments implement the full range of Business Messaging solutions through Whats App, Messenger, and Instagram. As the Business Messaging ecosystem accelerates, our network of technology and reseller partners is the primary engine for scaling these solutions. To ensure their success, we must equip them with the knowledge, tools, and technical confidence to adopt our newest innovations and bring them to market.
The Partner Marketing Lead will lead the design and delivery of enablement strategies that empower our partnerships teams and global partner ecosystem. This role focuses on closing the gap between product innovation and partner execution. You will be responsible for translating complex product roadmaps into digestible, high-impact enablement content that drives the adoption of new features and messaging solutions. Typically this will come in the form of storytelling and strategy - understanding the technical nuances of SaaS ecosystems and moving seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on content creation.
You are a collaborator by nature and ability to unite Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure our partners are always at the cutting edge of Meta's Business Messaging innovations.
Partner Marketing Lead Responsibilities:
- Enablement Strategy: Define and execute a global partner enablement roadmap that aligns with core business messaging product launches and adoption goals
- Content Development: Create high-quality enablement assets, including playbooks, product adoption guides, product one-pagers, and training material designed for both internal partnerships teams and external partners
- Product Adoption: Lead the marketing push for new feature adoption, ensuring partners understand the "why" and "how" of integrating new innovations into their customer offerings
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary marketing bridge between the Partnerships team and Product Marketing to ensure enablement materials are technically accurate and commercially compelling
- Innovation Launchpad: Develop specific programs to drive the "first-mover" adoption of alpha and beta features within the partner ecosystem
- Feedback Loop: Proactively gather insights from partnerships teams and partners to identify gaps in current enablement resources and iterate on content strategy
- Measurement & Optimization: Define key performance indicators for enablement success, such as partner certification rates, feature adoption speed, and resource utilization
- Global Scaling: Ensure enablement frameworks are built for scale, allowing regional marketing teams to localize content while maintaining a consistent global narrative
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of work experience, with 4+ years specifically in partner enablement, sales enablement, or product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience building enablement programs that successfully drove the adoption of new technical products or features
- Content Mastery: Tenured portfolio of creating broad enablement materials (e.g., decks, videos, playbooks) that simplify complex technical concepts for commercial audiences
- Strategic Collaboration: Experience working closely with Partnerships or Sales teams to understand their pain points and provide the resources needed to hit revenue targets
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple workstreams across different time zones and cross-functional stakeholders with high attention to detail
- Analytical Rigor: Experience using data to track the effectiveness of enablement programs and a proven ability to pivot strategies based on performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Software as a Service Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs is highly preferred
