Job Description:

Responsable de gestionar la relación con instituciones del sector público (IMSS, ISSSTE, hospitales de alta especialidad y Secretaría de Salud), impulsando el acceso y posicionamiento de terapias oncológicas de alta especialidad.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para el mercado gobierno.

  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio y conocimiento procesos de adquisición pública.

  • Gestionar cuentas clave y mantener relaciones sólidas con médicos oncólogos, jefes de servicio, directores hospitalarios y abasto.

  • Trabajo cross funcional con áreas internas de la compañía (marketing, acceso, regulatorio, farmacovigilancia) para garantizar la correcta implementación de proyectos.

  • Monitorear indicadores de desempeño (ventas, participación de mercado, cobertura institucional).

  • Brindar soporte técnico y científico sobre terapias oncológicas a clientes institucionales.

Perfil requerido

  • Experiencia: Min 2 años de experiencia en posiciones comerciales o de acceso en de alta especialidad, preferentemente en oncología y mercado gobierno.

  • Conocimientos:
    Procesos de licitación y adquisiciones públicas en México. Normatividad

sanitaria y compliance.

Terapias oncológicas y productos de alta especialidad.

  • Competencias:
    Negociación y gestión de cuentas clave.

Comunicación efectiva y habilidades interpersonales.

Orientación a resultados y trabajo bajo presión.

Liderazgo y colaboración transversal.

  • Posición basada en Guadalajara.
