Job Description:
We're looking for a senior UX Designer to become a part of the APEX (AI, Process, Engineering and e Xperience) Team and help bring user perspective to the ongoing AI transformation of the company.
We are looking for a person who brings not only deep UX expertise, but also a willingness to expand their skills into areas like process intelligence, AI or business analysis based on organizational needs.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute user research

Design and prototype websites and applications

Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, product owners, business analyst, process intelligence specialists and UX researchers

Present your deliverables to key stakeholders and facilitate discussion

Mentor and educate other UX professionals and enthusiasts

Help evolve UX practices into the age of AI

Both qualitative and quantitative user research methods (user interviews, usability studies, surveys, etc.).
