Job Description:

El Practicante de Diseño Gráfico es responsable de apoyar el desarrollo de entregables de diseño para la comunicación y los entrenamientos internos del área. Su función incluye la elaboración de piezas gráficas, presentaciones y materiales visuales, asegurando el cumplimiento de lineamientos, calidad y tiempos establecidos.

El rol requiere una sólida capacidad de organización y priorización, así como una gestión eficiente del tiempo y puntualidad. Se espera una actitud proactiva y recursiva, que permita responder adecuadamente a periodos de alta carga laboral y, en momentos de menor demanda, contribuir a la optimización de procesos, así como a la colaboración activa con los diferentes miembros del equipo.
Formación

  • Técnico o tecnólogo en Diseño Gráfico, Diseño para la Comunicación Gráfica, Comunicación Digital o áreas afines.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Manejo de programas de diseño gráfico (preferiblemente Adobe Suite; deseable Canva).

  • Nivel de inglés básico.

Competencias y habilidades

  • Alta capacidad de organización, priorización y planeación.

  • Adecuado manejo del tiempo y puntualidad.

  • Creatividad y recursividad en la solución de requerimientos.

  • Actitud proactiva y disposición para la mejora continua.

  • Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
