Job Description:

Position Description:

In this position, you will leverage your expertise in data science and AI to design and develop innovative data-driven solutions for solving complex business problems. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to maximize the value of data, deliver impactful business insights and proactively collect feedback for iteration. This role involves technical leadership and hands-on contributions to exploratory analysis, machine learning modeling, and GenAI applications.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Data-driven decision-making using advanced analytics, especially for pharmaceutical commercial analysis, including channel-mix/marketing mix modeling, next best action etc.
  • Forecasting to enhance business planning and strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into products.

Responsibilities: 1.

Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into innovative solutions.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert, providing guidance on data science techniques and best practices.

2. Advanced analytics and AI modeling:

  • Perform exploratory analysis and predictive modeling to enhance business planning and strategy.
  • Develop customized algorithms and machine learning approaches to meet specific business requirements.
  • Data-driven decision-making using advanced analytics, especially for pharmaceutical commercial analysis, including channel-mix/marketing mix modeling, next best action etc.
  • Identify generative AI opportunities and integrate the capabilities into company owned products.

Collaboration and Implementation:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement AI/ML solutions in a cloud environment.
  • Ensure the robustness and scalability of data and digital product designs.

4. Analytics Communication:

  • Transform complex data into actionable insights and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Share analytical results with stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications: -Education:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a relevant technical/scientific field.

-Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in a data scientist or analytics role.
      - Proven track record in delivering end-to-end complex data science solutions.
      - Previous experience in pharm or consumer related analysis is a plus.

-Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in data science and predictive analytics approaches.
      - Proficiency with mainstream data analysis tools: Python, R, SAS, Julia.
      - Hands-on experience with cloud-based machine learning tools (e.g., AWS Sage Maker, DataIKU).

-Hands-on experience on GenAI applications (Chatbot/Copilot/Summarization…) and latestLLM knowledge
  - Familiarity with AIOps/MLOps and agile product development.

-Soft Skills:

  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to lead and execute complex initiatives.
      - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

-Mindset:

  • Curiosity and a passion for staying updated with advancements in artificial intelligence and data science.
      - Ability to identify meaningful business insights and tell compelling data-driven stories.

-Language:

  • Fluent in English.
