Business Agility Specialist:

Responsibilities:

• Drive consistency in ways of working across GRC verticals by documenting and promoting standard processes, templates, and workflows.

• Act as a utility player across GRC teams—partnering with product owners, program managers, and analysts—to help mature team practices and remove blockers.

• Build, maintain and distribute operational and strategic reports and dashboards to provide leadership with timely insights into program status, risks, and key KPIs.

• Help operationalize new tooling and platform capabilities (e.g., JIRA, MS Power BI, other tracking or collaboration tools) to improve transparency and efficiency.

• Facilitate cross-functional coordination for key initiatives, track action items, and ensure follow-through.

• Support periodic planning, retrospectives, and process improvement activities to raise team performance and deliverable quality.

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a related role supporting cross-functional teams.

• Strong Excel skills and demonstrated comfort working with data (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).

• Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA (administration or power-user experience a plus).

• Experience creating or maintaining BI reports/dashboards (Microsoft Power BI preferred).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate operational detail into concise executive-level updates.

• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a distributed, matrixed organization.

Preferred

• Exposure to GRC, risk, or compliance functions.

• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies or familiarity with agile frameworks.

• Basic SQL knowledge or experience extracting/manipulating data from APIs.

• Prior experience in a global or highly regulated environment.

• Microsoft Office stack, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Teams or similar.

• JIRA or similar.

• MS Power BI, Confluence, basic SQL is preferred.
