Job Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end launch of a key product, including strategy, execution, and performance tracking

Own and manage the classic portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and lifecycle optimization

Integrate and adapt the global marketing plan with local insights to develop brand strategies, positioning, and value propositions aligned with medical and commercial priorities
-
Analyze relevant competitor information and monitor the market to recommend actions

Translate insights from the field, market research, and data into actionable marketing plans
-
Lead the cross-functional brand team: Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply teams
-
Lead promotional strategy and ensure the effective implementation of established campaigns, including fieldwork

Mentor and guide junior marketing team members

Required Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in marketing in high specialty or vaccines

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

Experience working with regional and global teams

Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience leading product launches in highly regulated environments

People management or coaching experience
