Role Summary
Deliver impactful technical training on companion animal health to local teams and field marketing. Lead targeted seminars for field veterinarians to elevate clinical knowledge. Resolve customer issues, conduct regular field visits, and provide expert product support. Collaborate with veterinary colleges on technical initiatives and business development. Review and approve all technical marketing brochures; coordinate closely with Marketing. Organize and lead technical seminars for field audiences. Manage customer complaints; coordinate with Global/Regional teams and provide timely support on product concerns. Run field trials with Global/Regional teams: set protocols, capture observations, and submit reports. Provide overarching coordination and support to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.
Qualifications
Education
- B.V.Sc & A.H.; M.V.Sc preferred
Experience
- 2–4 years in field operations, managing diverse on-ground situations and delivering technical solutions
Technical Skills
- Companion animal disease diagnosis, vaccination, and treatment
