Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and foster strong relationships with line clients and HR colleagues to ensure understanding of organizational needs.

  • Develop strategies to effectively source talent internally and externally.

  • Provide creative methods of building prospect pools, pre-screening and interviewing candidates, and facilitating the staffing process.

  • Manage diverse local and regional projects autonomously.

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruiting in Israel

  • Partner and consult with the business to understand business needs and develop a strategy.

  • Understand the local labor market and talent supply as well as local compensation trends.

  • Educate Hiring Managers on the hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data.

  • Deliver behavioral-based interview training to client groups across the business.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBP leads to identify and deploy Employee Branding, Social Media strategies, Diversity Initiatives, etc.

  • Drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and drive efficient process adherence.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • 6+ years of recruiting/staffing experience, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.

  • Expertise in Project Management in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Experience with direct sourcing and qualification of candidates, including utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques.

  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Thorough knowledge of recruiting/staffing database systems (experience using Workday preferred).

  • Fluency in English and Hebrew.

Preferred

  • Global recruiting experience.

  • Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry recruiting experience.

  • Experience in both Agency and Corporate recruitment.
