Nhân viên kiểm soát chất lượng đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc đảm bảo tính an toàn, hiệu quả và chất lượng của sản phẩm tại nhà máy Đồng Nai. Vị trí công việc này thực hiện các thao tác thử nghiệm và kiểm tra nghiêm ngặt nguyên liệu thô, bán thành phẩm, thành phẩm để đảm bảo tuân thủ với tiêu chuẩn chất lượng nội bộ và tiêu chuẩn quy định cho ngành thú y.

The Quality Control (QC) Staff plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficacy, and quality of products at Dong Nai. This position involves rigorous testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal quality specifications and regulatory standards for the animal health industry.

Functions, Duties, Tasks

• Thực hiện thử nghiệm, kiểm tra chất lượng các mẫu thường quy và không thường quy: bao bì, nguyên liệu, bán thành phẩm/ thành phẩm, mẫu độ ổn định, mẫu nước…theo sự phân công và quy trình./Conduct testing and quality inspection for routine and non-routine samples, including packaging materials, raw material, semi-finished/ finished products, stability samples, water, etc according to assignment and procedures.

• Nhận mẫu, sử dụng, bảo quản và hủy bỏ mẫu lưu theo quy định phòng thí nghiệm. Chuyển đổi trạng thái mẫu trên hệ thống liên quan./ Receiving, using, storing and disposing samples according to laboratory regulations. Changing sample status on relevant systems.

• Ghi nhận kết quả thử nghiệm, sai lệch (nếu có) theo GxP. Tham gia vào quá trình điều tra và giải quyết các vấn đề chất lượng, bao gồm các ngoại chuẩn và sai lệch./ Recording testing results and deviations (if any) according to GxP. Participate in the investigation and resolution of quality issues, including out-of-specifications and deviations.

• Làm việc với bộ phận đảm bảo chất lượng và sản xuất để đưa ra hành động khắc phục, phòng ngừa./ Communicate and discuss with quality assurance and manufacturing to develop corrective and preventive actions.

• Thực hiện công tác thẩm định thiết bị và phương pháp phân tích khi cần thiết./ Execute equipment qualification and method validation activities as needed.

• Vận hành, duy trì, bảo quản các thiết bị, công cụ, và vật tư phòng thí nghiệm trong trong điều kiện hoạt động tốt. Đề xuất sửa chữa, thay thế khi cần thiết./ Operate, maintain and preserve laboratory equipment, tools, and consumables in good working condition. Propose repair and replacement as needed.

• Cung cấp thông tin và tài liệu liên quan hoạt động thanh tra đánh giá nội bộ và bên ngoài./ Provive information and relevant documents for internal and external Audit activities.

• Pha chế, sử dụng, bảo quản thuốc thử, chất chuẩn trong phòng thí nghiệm./ Prepare, use and preserve reagents and standards in the laboratory.

• Tuân thủ các quy tắc làm việc trong phòng thí nghiệm. Tuân thủ các nguyên tắc GMP-GLP, EHS, nội quy và quy định công ty. Thực hiện và duy trì công tác 5S./ Comply with laboratory rules, GMP-GLP, EHS principles, company rules and regulations. Implement and maintain 5S.

• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy tắc, quy định về Chất lượng, quy tắc ứng xử, chống phân biệt đối xử, chống quấy rối, cũng như các quy định về môi trường, sức khỏe và an toàn (EHS) theo quy định của công ty và luật định./ Comply with local authority requirements, company local and global policies including Quality frameworks, Code of Conduct, anti-discrimination, harassment, and environment, safety, and health (EHS) policies.

• Các công việc khác trong phạm vi công việc phòng thí nghiệm theo sự phân công của quản lý trực tiếp hoặc cấp cao hơn./ Other duties assigned by direct manager or upper level within laborabory operation activities.

Trình độ chuyên môn tối thiểu (giáo dục; kinh nghiệm và/hoặc huấn luyện, yêu cầu bằng cấp):

Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications)

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên các ngành khoa học (như Hóa học, Hóa sinh, vv), hoặc Dược sỹ Cao đẳng/ Đại học

• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong phòng thí nghiệm từ 2 năm trở lên

• Có kiến thức về GMP, GLP, 5S

• Hiểu và vận hành tốt các thiết bị, kỹ thuật phòng thí nghiệm
