• WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the Marketing Manager in driving a cross-functional team to help achieve our brand goals.

• Develop strategic marketing plans based on market insights and analysis.

• Help manage budgets and resources to prioritize promotional activities effectively.

• Take the lead on marketing programs and activities for specific departments or products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and monitor progress.

• Create engaging promotional materials to showcase our products across all marketing channels.

• Participate in regular discussions with the sales team to gather feedback from healthcare professionals regarding marketing effectiveness.

• Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the industry.

• Conduct product training sessions with clear marketing objectives and strategies.

• Track competitors’ activities and stay informed about competitors' promotional efforts. Regularly update the sales team with insights and counter-strategies.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• University graduate from Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science or related disciplines, with at least 2 years marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry

• Sensitive to market trend / practice of pharmaceutical industry

• Good in time management and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, result focused and a will to succeed

• Good team player, strong customer focus with good interpersonal skills

• Fast-learner, organized, detail-oriented and creative

• Proficient in English, Chinese (Cantonese) and MS Office
