Job Description:

Our IT Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program offers fresh graduates the opportunity to gain experience in three IT role rotations over two years. Working in teams alongside IT professionals, ETR employees apply their passion for technology to help our company develop and provide innovative products and services aligned with IT priorities.  ETRs are guided and supported throughout the program by the ETR program lead.  Rotations are assigned based on the business needs as well as your personal development interest.  Upon successful completion of the program, you will be matched with a role in IT.

• Data Science & Data Analytics

• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

• Cloud Engineering

• Enterprise Architecture

• Business/Technical Analysis

• Software Engineering

• Cyber Security

•  Service Management

Who are we looking for?

• Recent Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree graduates who finished their university studies within the last year

• Degree preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, Computer Science

• Interested in Information Technology with a passion for healthcare

• Advanced English spoken and written

• Experience from at least 1 internship/part-time job in a related field

• Experience with leading a project and/or a leadership role in a student’s club or a similar initiative

• Willingness to rotate through different roles and IT areas

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented self-starter

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and know how to prioritize

• You are a European Union citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the Czech Republic, or otherwise authorized to work in the Czech Republic without requiring sponsorship
