Cost Analyst

Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland (MBGSPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. As a Finance Operations Center for the AG and its subsidiaries, we offer innovative solutions in the areas of finance and controlling. Founded in 2024, we are currently in a strong development phase and want to develop quickly to contribute to the economic success of the Group in Krakow.

Become part of our Product Costing team as soon as possible!

These are your tasks:

• Evaluation of technical changes (engineering changes) to vehicles or vehicle components within the Mercedes-Benz Cars divisions

• Collection of cost impact assessments from internal stakeholders such as Purchasing and Logistics

• Plausibility checks of change requests based on predefined assumptions and guidelines

• Proactive coordination and clarification of issues and required adjustments with the responsible departments

• Handling of ad-hoc inquiries

In addition, you will take on cross-functional responsibilities such as:

• Supporting knowledge transfer between Daimler AG and Daimler Group Services Berlin by creating and maintaining process documentation
• Identifying and implementing optimization potentials within internal processes

• Possibility of hybrid working - currently 3 days presence and 2 days possibility to work remotely

• Education: Degree in economics or in engineering or comparable qualification

• Initial experience in production or plant controlling, preferably within the automotive industry

• Experience working with technical and operational departments (e.g. Engineering, Production, Logistics)

• Exposure to engineering changes (ECs), product modifications, or change management processes

• Confident handling of MS Office – especially Excel

• English minimum C1 level
