Field Quality Management_售后质量管理

Objective of Job:

Overall field quality management for all module groups like E/E, BiW (Body in White), Chassis/Cooling, digital, telematic, ADAS, int/ext, lead steer process issue resolution for all MB carlines in China Market, include local produced cars and imported cars. Build-up & maintenance quality strategy & process, and keep active exchange with HQ for one-Q voice globally

Main tasks

Field quality topic steering:

• Ensure all field issues are properly steered & tracked within corresponding CIRTs

• Ensure all top field issues status updated in regular quality reports and properly arranged for related committees

• Speed-up issue resolution with Quality perspective

• Deep dive the field quality issue with all data from quality data for issue status and possible trend analysis

• Support CIRT with all necessary info for issue resolution

• Make judgment based on it for possible further escalation, and define proper stakeholders, and related quality committee arrangement

Window person for HQ for Quality related topics:

• Responsible for Regular exchange meetings with HQ for issues/reports/related strategy
• Build up communication channels for new tasks, and properly steer it
• Support all CIRTs to argue with HQ for quality topics, especially for imported carlines

Co-responsible for Data Driven Quality (DDQ):

• Co-responsible for data driven quality project, make sure project timeline, milestones, and targets achievement
• Together with data team for all quality data landing, digital tools creation, AI model for quality specification & build up.
• Responsible for all related reporting in different committees

Qualification

• Good knowledge & experience of field quality topics and process/project management
• Good experience for bigdata, familiar with telescope/PoweBI, basic knowledge for AI tech.
• Good tech background of overall vehicle/components, commodity/BTV experience is plus
• Good leadership, communication skills and teamwork sprit with topic or project leader experience
• Active working attitude, open mind and passion for quality work
• Fluent English (oral, writing, listening and reading) is necessary; German language is a plus
