Technical Project Management

Represent R&D in program team integrates technical leadership to be responsible for successful execution of all techcnial tasks for infotainment or IDC relevant products (Infotainment domain controller, ADAS domain controller, Car computer domain controller) development, review and monitor design, verification and validation, industrilaziation within the scope of time, quality and cost objectives. Act as the project technical owner for internal and external stakeholders, drive cross domain and cross regional collaboration, resolve technical bottlenecks, oversee mass production industrialization, and guarantee on-time, high-quality, cost-controlled delivery aligned with carlines and vehicle platform milestones.

1. Own the full lifecycle of infotainment / IDC / CCC development including requirement analysis, system specification formulation, architecture review, hardware & software integration, verification and validation, pre-production trial, SOP launch.

2.Break down China-specific functional requirements, formulate detailed project schedules, define clear milestones, track progress closely, manage changes and impact assessment.

3.Take charge of critical technical problem troubleshooting during development, verification and validation, production and vehicle assembly phase.

4.Host regular technical sync meetings, design reviews and risk workshops. Summarize project lessons learned and standardize development workflows.

5.Serve as the technical interface across different stakeholders, align technical schemes, development rhythms and compliance standards

6.Report development status, technical risks, and milestone achievement to management regularly. Escalate blocking issues proactively

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Automotive Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Software, Computer Science, Communication Engineering or related majors.

• Minimum 7 years working experience at OEMs or tier one suppliers of infotainment or IDC product development

• Familiar with embedded system development, Linux/QNX vehicle OS, Android, middleware, automotive communication protocols.

• Deep understanding of system engineering, requirement management and change management is required

• Excellent technical project management skills and conflict management skills

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Solid system troubleshooting capability, able to tackle complex integration bugs.

• Advanced knowledge in risk management, R&D process, methods&tools, verification and validation strategies

• Self-responsibility, team player with very good communication skills and presentation skills

• Willingness to travel inside China and abroad to prepare and support launches at JV / suppliers

• Fluent English

• German is a plus
