The Finance department plays a strategic role in shaping Melio's future. We're deeply involved in product design, fund flow management, financial modeling, and decision-making at the highest levels.

Now as part of Xero, our responsibilities have expanded to support not just Melio's rapid growth, but the broader integration and expansion strategy across the US market. We monitor performance metrics, model business scenarios, manage cross-border financial operations, and ensure we're building a sustainable, scalable business.

We're constantly improving our procedures, controls, and reporting systems to support our ambitious growth targets. You'll work alongside product, engineering, and business teams—making this a uniquely collaborative finance role where you're a strategic partner, not just a number-cruncher.

If you want to do finance in a high-growth fintech environment where your analysis directly influences product and strategy decisions, this is the opportunity.
