In this role, you’ll work with a skilled team, leverage automation and AI, and build scalable applications on a robust Service Now platform supporting thousands of users and leverage the latest technologies—including automation and AI—to solve complex challenges. You’ll report to our Bogota office, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders across multiple regions.
Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Support the full development lifecycle for Service Now solutions

Design, develop, and modify Service Now applications, integrations, and web components

Analyze and enhance platform functionality, including configuration of workspaces, portals, workflows, and reports

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions

Conduct testing, resolve bugs, and prepare system documentation
-
Recommend improvements to development and system standards
Required Knowledge and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
Fluent English level
-
Two years of relevant experience designing, developing, and modifying apps

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Service Now platform development

Preferred certifications: ITIL, ITSM, or Service Now Certified Application Developer

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Experience developing custom Service Portal widgets, AI Search configuration, Flow Designer Flows, REST integrations, and Configurable Workspaces

Familiarity with OAuth authentication and Single Sign-on solutions
