A Day in the Life

Responsabilidades pueden incluir los siguientes y pueden ser asignados a otras tareas:

• Monitores de pacientes con enfermedad crónica compleja en un papel de gestión de casos a través de tele vigilancia.
• Implica evaluación telefónica de enfermedad del paciente y condición biométrica, triage de situaciones críticas y la educación de los pacientes sobre su condición (es), comorbilidades, medicamentos y requisitos de estilo de vida.
• Además, proporciona comunicación oportuna de información pertinente al Gerente de proveedor/caso del paciente según sea necesario.

Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos:

• Carrera universitaria

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en pabellón de hemodinamia.

• Conocimientos y manejo de insumos relacionados a la atención de los pacientes de hemodinamia.

• Experiencia en paciente críticos deseable.
