A Day in the Life

The SC Master Data Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain master data to ensure accurate material and information flow across suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. This role supports strategic supply chain initiatives by analyzing data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and implementing models and system enhancements that increase efficiency and operational effectiveness. As an individual contributor, the analyst works cross-functionally to drive data integrity and supply chain performance.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of supply chain master data across systems
• Coordinate data flow between suppliers, manufacturing, distribution, and customers
• Conduct supply chain analysis to identify efficiency and performance improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement supply chain models, strategies, and process enhancements
• Partner with stakeholders to support projects from design through implementation

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• 2–4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Master Data or related operational roles
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, manufacturing, distribution, planning)
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, etc.) and advanced Excel/data analysis skills
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy
