This role ensures compliance with company policies and relevant regulations while helping to facilitate business operations.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Review, draft, and process a variety of contracts (sales, vendor, service, confidentiality agreements).
• Support contract negotiations to ensure terms align with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract records and databases, ensuring documentation is current and compliant.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Sales, Finance) to gather information and resolve contract-related issues.
• Monitor contract performance, manage renewals and amendments, and identify/escalate potential risks.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of relevant experience (customer service, administrative support, supply chain or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle) and Enterprise Accounts exposure are a plus.
