In this role, you will be responsible for managing SCR (Supplier Change Requests). You will report to the Supplier Quality Manager and strengthen your specialized skills while improving your expertise. We will support you with the training, mentorship, advice, and networks you need to progress, while allowing you to work in the way that suits you best.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services
• Qualify suppliers according to company standards and, if necessary, administer a certified supplier program during receipt inspection to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Manage supplier changes based on Medtronic requirements
• Monitor parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle, and communicate and resolve supplier-related issues as they arise
• Evaluate internal supplier functions to assess their overall performance and provide feedback regarding their operations
• Work autonomously under manager supervision on projects/requests of moderate complexity
• Communicate principally and frequently with internal and external contacts
• Contact other people to share information, status, needs, and issues to inform, obtain feedback, and support decision-making

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or Master's degree with minimum experience
• Mastery of English (high level) and French

Pay range (France): EUR 43,440.00 - EUR 65,160.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
