A Day in the Life

Join our team as an Event Coordinator supporting high-quality training and education for healthcare professionals. In this role, you will manage end-to-end event logistics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone with hospitality, travel coordination, or customer service experience who thrives on problem-solving, communicating clearly, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Coordination of the event logistics related to Healthcare Professional training and education within Medtronic
• Providing budget estimates & sourcing, booking requested logistics (venue, hotel, travel, restaurants, catering, transfers), managing its changes and taking care of the payments
• Work with various teams, act as key contact for all stakeholders and make sure that all compliance rules are met
• Building and maintaining event websites, monitoring participant registrations and if needed provided timely reminder to the event requestor
• Managing any payment-related queries, making sure that all related invoices are properly recorded and paid on time.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience in hospitality, travel coordination or customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results
• Communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Team player with curiosity, proactivity & passion for Excellent customer focus and negotiation skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach together with problem-solving skills and diplomacy
• Business system software knowledge/skill including Microsoft Office, Outlook.
