A Day in the Life

Join our Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) Consulting Team, where every day work will give you an opportunity to witness how Medtronic IHS Consulting solutions impact on our clients by providing Value-Beyond-Device Delivery. Your position as well as your responsibilities in data management and client communications’ coordination will play a crucial role in IHS Consulting Team activity and have a real impact on Team’s results.

Internship details:

• Start date: March 2026
• Location: Istanbul
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
• Work model: hybrid

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Collecting data from the client on-ground via observation, interviews or other approved methods
• Mapping and analyzing patient pathways.
• Preparing a focused presentation on the patient's journey
• Coordinating project implementation on-ground.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Management, Quality Management, Data Analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in English and Turkish (preferred as C1 or above) with strong verbal & written communication skills
• Data management and analysis skills, with good knowledge of MS Office
• Interest in optimization and continuous improvement, combined with a detail-oriented, patient, and structured approach to task management

Would be a plus:

• Exposure to lean management or project implementation (preferably in healthcare, but other sectors are also acceptable)
• Previous working knowledge in healthcare process management
