A Day in the Life This field role focuses on performing after-sales service for Medtronic install base in the Central region of KSA. As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with Medtronic products and learn key service principles. You will receive specialized training on our solutions, develop essential skills for your future career, and gain valuable exposure to the field service environment.

Internship details:

• Start date: April 2026
• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend for another 6 months)
• Working hours: 40h/week
• Work model: onsite (field role)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Work alongside a field specialist to assist with product installations, conduct planned periodic maintenance visits, and carry out simple repairs on Medtronic medical devices at customer sites, following the service delivery plan.
• Travel within territory and across KSA when required.
• Coordinate shipping of equipment for repair to the nearest service center, where field repair is not possible.
• Provide support and troubleshooting via phone and email, as needed, during regular business hours.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Recently graduated with bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering
• Fluency in Arabic and English (B2 level or above)
• Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to assist in diagnosing technical issues with medical equipment

Would be a plus:

• Valid Saudi driving license
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Eager to learn & develop
