Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist is expected to coordinate and support all aspects of marketing and sales efforts by actively collaborating with marketing and sales staff within the Cardiac surgery, Peripheral Vascular and Neurovascular business in ENWA region (Egypt, North & West Africa).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Directs the development of company market requirements for specific Cardiac surgery, Peripheral Vascular and Neurovascular Products.
• Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.
• Interacts directly with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
• Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to marketplace.
• Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with geographic areas to increase teamwork and build partnerships.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Min 6 years of demonstrated marketing and /or sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry
• Strong and on-time execution focusses with stakeholders including Sales teams in a dynamic environment with an ability to be agile
• Good presentation and effective verbal and written English and communication skills
• Computer and MS Office proficiency
• Industry experience is highly regarded (Medical Devices or Healthcare)
• Experience/exposure in Cardiac surgery, Peripheral Vascular and Neurovascular Products is highly preferred.
