A Day in the Life

We are seeking a driven Surgical Sales Specialist to grow our Core Surgical portfolio across the (UAE) United Arab Emarits. This is a great opportunity to work with innovative surgical technologies, build strong hospital relationships, and accelerate your career in Med Tech sales.

This is a field-based role requiring travel across the UAE to support hospital accounts and drive sales growth. The position reports to the Sales Manager and requires strong sales reporting skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Identify new business opportunities within government and private hospitals, day surgery centres, and specialty clinics.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
  • Proven sales track record in the UAE healthcare market
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and territory management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in the Med Tech industry, specifically in Surgical/OR products
  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or Life Sciences
  • Valid UAE , United Arab Emarits driving license
  • Expertise in Micro-soft programs Excel, PowerPoint
