The HUB Leader role is a critical commercial leadership position focused on strengthening operational excellence, driving commercial performance, elevating customer experience, and ensuring we deliver the highest level of partnership and support across the HUB.
Operating in a dynamic, matrixed environment, this role requires close collaboration with regional and functional teams. The HUB Leader will be based in Kuwait with regular engagement across the HUB. Travel is essential to support customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders. Success in this role demands strong cross-functional alignment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead with agility in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment including delivery against financial targets.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Drive Commercial & Operational Excellence:
Directly contribute to achieving commercial, operational, and strategic goals across all Business Units within the HUB, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall financial and long-term objectives.
- Set Strategic Direction:
Establish budgets, define short- and long-range plans, and develop key performance criteria to monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and ensure sustained business growth.
- Align Sales & Business Unit Strategy:
Ensure sales strategies are fully aligned with Business Unit priorities, and that field teams receive the necessary support, resources, and guidance to execute effectively.
- Lead Market & Product Initiatives:
Oversee new product and market introductions, coordinate sales training programs, manage key surgeon/key account engagement, and represent the organization at major industry congresses and events.
- Advance Business Development & Marketing Execution:
Provide strategic direction for business development initiatives, marketing plan execution, and the creation of sales and market development tools and objectives that accelerate regional growth.
- Lead, Develop & Inspire High-Performing Teams:
Lead and develop diverse, cross-functional teams by fostering a culture of performance excellence, empowerment, and accountability. Actively invest in talent development, coaching, and succession planning to build team capability and enable individuals to grow and deliver their best work in support of our mission.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in medical device sector
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, finance, management
- Fluent English and Arabic communication skills
- Competent in forecasting
- People management
- Experience in salesforced.com.
