A Day in the Life
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Specialist to provide expert clinical and technical support for advanced electrophysiology mapping and ablation systems. In this role, you will partner closely with physicians, laboratory staff, and internal teams to support procedures, introduce new technologies, and help shape advanced clinical workflows. You will play a key role in training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement, while building trusted relationships with customers and contributing to product and service excellence in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provide clinical and technical assistance to physicians and laboratory staff on the use of the mapping and ablation system, including generators, software, pumps, and accessories.
- Conduct training sessions to introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders and ensure acceptance.
- Participate in the development of advanced clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with the education team to support the development of training centers.
- Share best clinical practices with colleagues to optimize the customer experience.
- Work with service engineers on technical troubleshooting and provide feedback to marketing on system use and new product development.
- Build strong professional relationships with customers and manage high-stress situations with a problem-solving mindset.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Engineer’s degree in electrical or medical engineering or a related scientific discipline
- Over 5 years of clinical electrophysiology experience, with at least 3 years independently supporting mapping procedures
- Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry
- Fluency in English and Hungarian, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Independent, responsible, and decisive, with flexibility and willingness to travel as required
- Ability to work in electrophysiology labs and achieve vendor credentialing
