Operations Coordinator (Nights)Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Join our team as an Operations Coordinator (Nights) supporting nightly distribution activities to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. This role provides operational and administrative support to keep our processes running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Reprint invoices and prepare cross-dock packets
• Update GPS trackers and verify route closures
• Document out-of-environment product and manage re-ships
• Research and enter quality discrepancies
• Prepare and seal trucks for departure
• Complete Y6/Test Strip and re-ship reports
• Support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks
• Collect and distribute inter-office files and shift postings

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of administrative support experience
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-through
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency and accuracy
• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
