Summary:The Operations Intern supports daily business operations, assists with process improvement initiatives, and provides analytical and administrative support to the Operations team. This role is ideal for students seeking hands‑on experience in operations, logistics, and cross‑functional business support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and improving day‑to‑day operational workflows.
• Support data entry, reporting, and documentation efforts.
• Analyze operational metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
• Assist with process mapping and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) on operational tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned projects.
• Help maintain operational SOPs and internal documentation.
• Evaluate warehouse processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support daily inventory reconciliations and cycle counts.
• Analyze logistics data (shipping performance, freight spend, fulfillment times).
• Partner with operations managers to support both long‑term and short‑term initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a willingness to learn.
