Sous la responsabilité du Chef principal, Développement des affaires, Transactions & Immobilier le/la Coordonnateur(trice) Immobilier & Développement des affaires a pour responsabilité principale la gestion complète des baux des pharmacies Uniprix et Proxim, incluant les suivis administratifs, les interactions avec les bailleurs, la gestion des obligations contractuelles et la coordination des actions requises pour assurer une gestion immobilière optimale.Ce rôle constitue un pilier de la continuité opérationnelle et vise à offrir un service rapide, proactif et structuré aux équipes internes et aux partenaires externes. En complément, la personne soutiendra l’équipe de Développement des Affaires (BD) dans la production de lettres d’engagement, la gestion des PSDM et l’allégement du flux contractuel.

Enfin, ce poste exige un état d’esprit axé sur l’IA, essentiel pour moderniser, automatiser et optimiser les processus.

  • Responsabilités principales Gestion des baux

  • Assurer la gestion administrative et financière des baux (loyers, ajustements, conciliation, coordonner la publication des baux).

  • Maintenir les dossiers de baux à jour et gérer les communications avec les bailleurs.

  • Préparer et envoyer les avis contractuels, incluant l’exercice des options.

  • Maintenir le logiciel de gestion immobilière à jour

  • Support au développement des affaires

  • Support à la création des contrats d’affiliation à la bannière (préparer des lettres d’engagements, valider l’exactitude des informations, coordonner l’envoi, la signature, la réception et l’archivage, mettre à jour les registres)

  • Traiter les demandes de remboursements PSDM : validation, conformité et complétude, tenir à jour le registre

  • Support à la spécialiste des contrats

  • Préparer les dossiers préliminaires.

  • Collecter l’information requise.

  • Effectuer des pré-vérifications simples.

  • Suivre l’avancement des demandes contractuelles.

The pay range shown below is aligned with Mc Kesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $61,100 - $101,800
