En tant que stagiaire en formation et développement chez Mc Kesson Canada, vous appuierez notre équipe de formation dans la gestion et la restructuration de notre matrice de formation, ainsi que dans la conception, le développement et la prestation d’expériences d’apprentissage percutantes. Ce stage offre une occasion précieuse d’acquérir une expérience pratique dans un environnement dynamique de distribution pharmaceutique, tout en contribuant à la croissance professionnelle de nos employés.

Responsabilités du poste:

  • Contribuer à la recherche, la conception et le développement de matériel de formation, notamment des présentations, guides d’utilisation, modules d’apprentissage en ligne et aides à l’emploi, dans le cadre d’initiatives variées de développement des employés.

  • Assumer la pleine responsabilité de la révision de la matrice de formation pour l’ensemble des unités d’affaires.

  • Collaborer avec les experts en la matière afin de valider la cohérence entre les descriptions de poste et les formations assignées dans Master Control.

  • Fournir un soutien logistique pour les activités de formation : préparation du matériel, organisation des salles, gestion des inscriptions des participants.

  • Participer à l’évaluation de l’efficacité des formations en recueillant les commentaires et en contribuant à l’analyse des données.

  • Rechercher et proposer des méthodes et outils innovants pour enrichir l’apprentissage et l’engagement des employés.

  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives ainsi que des projets spéciaux, selon les besoins de l’équipe Formation et Développement.

Qualifications requises:

  • Être actuellement inscrit à un programme d’études postsecondaires (ex. : baccalauréat ou maîtrise) en ressources humaines, formation des adultes, développement organisationnel, psychologie, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Un intérêt marqué pour l’apprentissage et le développement, la gestion des talents ou l’efficacité organisationnelle.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, en anglais et en français (le bilinguisme est un atout important).

  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique.

  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.

  • Attitude proactive, enthousiaste et désir d’apprendre.

  • Une expérience préalable avec un LMS ou des outils de création e-learning (ex. : Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) constitue un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire.

Work Term: Summer 2026- May 4th through August 28th

Location: Saint-Laurent, QC, CAN - 4705 Dobrin Street (Hybrid)

As a Training and Development Intern at Mc Kesson Canada, you will support our training team in managing and restructuring our training matrix, and also support the designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning experiences. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare distribution environment, contributing to the professional growth of our employees.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the research, design, and development of training materials, including presentations, user guides, e-learning modules, and job aids, for various employee development initiatives. Take full ownership of training matrix revision with all Business Units

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate job description matches training assigned in Master Control.

  • Provide logistical support for training events, including preparing materials, setting up rooms, and managing participant registration.

  • Participate in the evaluation of training effectiveness by collecting feedback and assisting with data analysis.

  • Research and propose innovative training methodologies and tools to enhance employee learning and engagement.

  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the Training and Development team.


Job Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in learning and development, talent management, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (bilingualism is a strong asset).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Previous experience with an LMS or e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus but not required.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with Mc Kesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
