Résumé du poste – Stagiaire QSS

Sous la supervision du Chef principal, Qualité – Distribution pharmaceutique, le ou la stagiaire en qualité sur site (QSS) soutiendra les activités d’assurance qualité au centre de distribution. Ce stage offre une occasion d’apprentissage pratique dans un environnement réglementé, permettant de développer des compétences en conformité, documentation qualité, analyse de données et amélioration continue. Le ou la stagiaire travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Qualité afin d’appuyer les processus de distribution pharmaceutique tout en respectant les exigences réglementaires et les normes internes de Mc Kesson.

Responsabilités principales (sous supervision)

Le ou la stagiaire QSS pourra être appelé(e) à :

• Soutenir les activités de qualification et de cartographie des équipements
• Participer au suivi et à la revue des données du système de contrôle de la température
• Appuyer la rédaction, la mise à jour et la gestion de documents qualité (procédures, formulaires, rapports)
• Contribuer à l’interprétation et à l’application des normes d’assurance qualité
• Soutenir la préparation aux audits externes
• Aider à la collecte, à la compilation et à l’analyse de données qualité
• Participer aux enquêtes liées aux écarts, non‑conformités ou plaintes clients, sous supervision
• Soutenir le suivi des actions correctives et préventives (CAPA)
• Contribuer à des initiatives d’amélioration continue du système qualité
• Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles du centre de distribution afin de promouvoir la culture qualité

Exigences – Formation et profil

Formation

• Étudiant(e) actuellement inscrit(e) dans un programme universitaire en sciences :Chimie
• Biologie
• Génie
• Assurance qualité
• Ou tout autre domaine connexe

Connaissances et compétences

• Intérêt marqué pour la qualité, la conformité et les environnements réglementés
• Connaissances de base des principes d’assurance qualité (un atout)
• Capacité d’analyse et souci du détail
• Bonnes habiletés de communication écrite et verbale
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et à apprendre rapidement
• Aisance avec les outils informatiques (Microsoft Office)

Langues

Job Summary – QSS Intern

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Quality – Pharmaceutical Distribution, the Quality Site Specialist Intern (QSS Intern) will support quality assurance activities within the distribution center. This internship provides hands‑on experience in a regulated environment and offers opportunities to develop skills in quality systems, compliance, documentation, data analysis, and continuous improvement.

The intern will work closely with the Quality team to support pharmaceutical distribution operations while adhering to internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities (Under Supervision)

The QSS Intern will support activities such as:

• Assisting with equipment qualification and mapping activities
• Assisting with monitoring and review of temperature control system data
• Supporting the drafting, updating, and management of quality documentation
• Assisting with the interpretation and implementation of quality assurance standards
• Supporting preparation for external audits
• Collecting, compiling, and analyzing quality‑related data
• Supporting investigations related to deviations, non‑conformances, or customer complaints
• Assisting with tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System
• Collaborating with distribution center teams to promote quality awareness

Education & Qualifications

Education

• Currently enrolled in a university program in:Chemistry
• Biology
• Engineering
• Quality / Regulatory
• Or a related scientific discipline

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in quality assurance and regulated environments
• Basic knowledge of quality principles (an asset)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Language

• Bilingual (French is the primary working language at the distribution center)
