Lieu: Saint-Laurent, QC, Canada — 4705, rue Dobrin (hybride)

Responsabilités du poste:

  • Numériser et migrer environ 300 contrats PSSP existants vers la plateforme Conga CLM, en assurant l’exactitude des données, la normalisation des champs et l’alignement avec le processus de gestion des contrats de Mc Kesson Canada.

  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre et l’optimisation du nouveau processus de gestion du cycle de vie des contrats, y compris la préparation des modèles de contrats, la validation des champs et la collaboration avec l’équipe de projet CLM afin d’assurer une adoption fluide du flux de travail de bout en bout.

  • Maintenir et améliorer les tableaux de bord et les rapports contractuels, en surveillant les jalons clés (renouvellements, expirations, obligations) et en identifiant des occasions de renforcer la conformité et de maximiser la valeur des contrats.

  • Aider à l’établissement et à la documentation de procédures normalisées de gestion des contrats, incluant l’amélioration du flux d’opportunités, le suivi des obligations et la collaboration entre PSSP et les équipes interfonctionnelles.

  • Le cas échéant, contribuer au développement d’un agent alimenté par l’intelligence artificielle visant à automatiser des tâches répétitives de gestion contractuelle — telles que l’extraction de métadonnées, la classification des obligations ou l’étiquetage des modèles — afin d’accroître l’efficacité des processus. (Soutenu par les capacités CLM et d’automatisation mentionnées dans la documentation de déploiement du CLM.)

Qualifications requises:

  • Être actuellement inscrit(e) dans un programme d’études postsecondaires canadien (collège ou université) dans l’un des domaines suivants :

Administration des affaires

  • Ou dans un domaine connexe

  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration

Program Overview

Work Term: Summer 2026- May 4th through August 28th

Location: Saint-Laurent, QC, CAN - 4705 Dobrin Street (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Digitize and migrate approximately 300 existing PSSP contracts into the Conga CLM platform, ensuring accuracy, standardized field mapping, and alignment with the Mc Kesson Canada contracting process.

  • Support the implementation and optimization of the new Contract Lifecycle Management process, including preparation of contract templates, field validation, and collaboration with the CLM project team to ensure smooth end‑to‑end workflow adoption.

  • Maintain and enhance contract dashboards and reporting, monitoring key milestones (renewals, expirations, obligations) and identifying opportunities to strengthen compliance and maximize contract value.

  • Assist in establishing and documenting standardized contract management procedures, including improvements to opportunity flow, obligations tracking, and collaboration between PSSP and cross‑functional teams.

  • If applicable, contribute to the development of an AI‑powered agent to automate repetitive contract management tasks—such as metadata extraction, obligation classification, or template tagging—to increase process efficiency. (Supported by CLM and automation capabilities referenced in CLM deployment materials.)

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Canadian post‑secondary program (college or university) in:

Business Administration

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Business/Data Analytics

  • Or a related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Comfortable learning new tools and technologies

  • Detail‑oriented with a willingness to ask questions and seek feedback

  • Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Copilot

  • Exposure to Conga CLM platform

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with Mc Kesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
