Operations Team Lead – Central Fill Pharmacy (2nd Shift)Shift: 2:00pm–10:30pm

Position Summary McKesson is looking for a motivated Operations Team Lead to support our Central Fill Pharmacy during 2nd shift. This role helps drive workflow efficiency, supports team performance, and ensures high‑quality service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations to meet production and mail processing goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues and operational updates.
• Assign and organize work to support daily objectives.
• Support general pharmacy operations, including order filling, receiving, put‑away, dispensing, sorting, shipping, returns, and cycle counting.
• Contribute to SOP development and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational guidelines.
• Provide performance observations and assist with new‑hire and peer training.
• Promote Mc Kesson’s I2CARE & ILEAD principles.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30+ lbs.
• Problem‑solving skills and a positive, team‑oriented mindset.

Preferred

• Knowledge of Mc Kesson Central Fill processes.
• Experience training or mentoring team members.
• Pharmacy Tech License

Working Conditions

• Work performed in temperature‑controlled production areas; requires standing and lifting up to 30 lbs.
