The role will work across the team, providing support on multiple issues of critical importance to the European business. This could include providing advice on the regulatory implications of new Mastercard products, advising on regulatory separation requirements, reviewing proposed pricing initiatives and advising the internal team on relevant developments across the company. The role is likely to include a particular focus in the UK, which is a very active market for payments regulation. This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer looking to develop knowledge and expertise across the whole scope of UK and European payments regulation, at a business which sits at the centre of that ecosystem.
