Overview:
The Services Business and Market Insights team is seeking a Manager, Regional Insights and Analytics Product Manager, leading Custom Data Analytics and Business Experimentation for LAC. This role will drive data and analytics product strategy, regional development, and market awareness across the LAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data & Analytics as well as product management, with a focus on data innovation, customization, go to market and partnerships.
Role
In this leadership position, you will:
- Lead existing and pipeline customized solutions in Advanced Analytics and Business Experimentation, ensuring alignment with regional needs across LAC.
- Be responsible for P&Ls of custom Analytics and Business Experimentation, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
- Oversee regional solution development and customization to meet local market demands.
- Drive market testing of new concepts, new topics, optimizing solution offerings based on insights from the LAC market and based on experience from other regions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful sales, launches and delivery across LAC.
- Collaborate with global product teams to align on LAC market needs and product/solutions roadmaps.
- Build regional partnerships with go-to-market teams and core & commercial product groups to drive growth in LAC.
- Lead diversification efforts in topics, markets and fund sources.
- Develop product/solution narratives and deliver storytelling that engages LAC customers and stakeholders.
- Increase product awareness through training, roadshows, collaborations with Delivery teams and B2B marketing activities in the region.
- Drive thought leadership to position Mastercard as an industry innovator in Analytics across LAC.

The ideal candidate should:
- Possess a background in Products, Analytics and/or management consulting, with a strong understanding of business development, client management, and consultative selling.
- Understand about P&L management, with responsibility in driving profitability for product portfolios.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and customer success.
- Have a creative mindset with the ability to craft and deliver compelling product narratives and storytelling that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide actionable solutions.
- Be a natural relationship builder, capable of managing key partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
- Exhibit ownership, agility, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative and driving results in a fast-paced, evolving market.
- Demonstrate persistence and enthusiasm in pursuing goals and overcoming obstacles to achieve success.
- Be a strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to cross functional teams on shared objectives.
