Title and Summary
VP Product Management, Dynamic Yield
Mastercard Dynamic Yield is looking for an experienced Vice President, Product to own the strategy, execution, and growth of our products that integrate with Mastercard-related products and services.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap for Dynamic Yield’s Mastercard-facing portfolio, translating strategic opportunities into scalable products, and driving end-to-end execution from concept through launch and adoption.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and multiple Mastercard teams to ensure tight alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities. This role requires strong product leadership, the ability to operate in complex enterprise environments, and a proven track record of delivering impactful products through influence rather than authority.
As a senior leader, you will build clarity where ambiguity exists, set high standards for product quality and execution, and ensure that Dynamic Yield’s capabilities are deeply embedded into relevant Mastercard platforms and workflows.

You are a product leader with a strong strategic mindset and a bias for action. You know how to operate at both the executive and execution levels, balancing long-term vision with near-term delivery.
This role requires a combination of deep product management expertise, business acumen, and excellent stakeholder leadership, particularly in large, matrixed organizations.
Located in Israel,
We are looking for:
- Experience in product management, including senior leadership roles
- Proven experience owning product strategy and execution for complex, platform-based or B2B SaaS products
- Experience working with large enterprises and ecosystem partners
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling products that drive measurable business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and technical teams alike
- Fluent English
- Ability to travel
- Experience in the financial services space - advantage
