As a key member of the Security Solutions Organization (SSO), you'll be at the forefront of this mission, ensuring our Threat Intelligence solutions empower businesses across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) to mitigate risks and build resilience in an increasingly complex cybersecurity landscape.

Your role
As Regional Product Director, Threat Intelligence Solutions, you will be the primary advocate for our intelligence-driven security products across LAC. You'll lead go-to-market strategies, revenue growth, and product adoption while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive innovation. Your expertise will shape how financial institutions and businesses across the region combat cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Regional Strategy & Execution-Manage the Threat Intelligence solutions market performance across LAC, overseeing revenue performance, defining KPIs, growth plans, and expansion strategies to develop a sustainable business model.

• Drive Revenue and Product Adoption-Oversee sales performance, support and maintain a strong customer pipeline, identify new opportunities, and develop business cases to scale our offerings.

• Product Roadmap & Market Insights

• Collaborate with global teams to refine and localize solutions based on customer feedback and regional and local needs.

• Customer Engagement & Advocacy

• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and continuous value delivery.

• Cyber Threat Intelligence Thought Leadership

• Stay ahead of emerging threats and market trends, shaping how Mastercard delivers security across the payment and financial sectors.

• What We're Looking For

• Threat Intelligence Expertise

• Deep understanding of cyber risk management, information security, and threat intelligence solutions.

• Payments & Financial Sector Experience

• Strong industry knowledge and experience with financial institutions, payment networks, or fintechs.

• Proven Product Leadership

• Background in product management, go-to-market strategy, and customer-driven innovation.

• Strategic & Analytical Mindset

• Strong business case development, financial acumen, and ability to translate data into insights.

• Strong Communicator & Collaborator

• Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive impact in a fast-moving environment.
