Lead a High Performing Team:
Build, inspire, and develop a high calibre team of Business Development and Strategic Account Management professionals focused on gateway, fraud, and value added services.
Foster Cross Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with regional Sales, Product, Implementation, and Account Management teams to deliver integrated, scalable, and client centric solutions.

Take full accountability for commercial performance metrics, including revenue growth, pipeline health, win rates, and new business acquisition.
Engage Strategic Clients and Partners:
Represent Merchant Cloud in senior level client engagements, executive discussions, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations, applying a consultative, value based approach.
