Overview:
The Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations for Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) is a senior leader responsible for shaping, supporting and accelerating the marketing organization’s strategic agenda. Working in close partnership with the Senior Vice President of CNPF Marketing and her leadership team, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics and execution—ensuring the marketing function is aligned to business objectives, enabled by strong processes and technology, and optimized for growth and efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in marketing strategy, operational excellence, performance management, budget management, and cross functional leadership. They will partner closely with colleagues across the Global and Regional Marketing ecosystem, Commercialization, Finance, and Business teams to drive business impact. This requires strong communication skills, the ability to drive consensus and a strong desire to build trust-based relationships that enable fast decision-making in a dynamic environment.
We are looking for an innovative leader that is ahead of industry and is an early adopter of growing trends and new technologies like AI models and hyper-personalization, among others. A leader that is curious and understands how to use these trends to shape and transform our B2B Marketing approach.
The Role:

Marketing Operations Leadership
-
Build and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and operating cadences that enable scale, agility, and accountability.
-
Lead resource planning, budget governance, and performance forecasting for the marketing function.

Partner closely with Integrated Marketing & Communications team around the world on unified planning, information sharing and project tracking efforts.

Establish and maintain best in class governance practices for project intake, prioritization, and execution.

Develop and maintain clear, coordinated reporting for key stakeholders.

Strategic Planning & Alignment
-
Support the development of the annual and multi year marketing strategy in partnership with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and growth objectives.

Translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing plans, KPIs, and success frameworks.

Priority Project Support
-
Work across the CNPF Marketing team to track and provide consistent reporting around strategic initiatives, such as top-tier events and campaigns.

Provide hands-on management and staffing for priority projects as needed, with positivity, agility and the ability to multitask across a number of high priority initiatives.

Technology, Data & Insights
-
Serve as the point person for the team’s marketing technology ecosystem—CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms—to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.

Partner with key internal stakeholders to support performance dashboards, conduct ROI analysis, and generate actionable insights that inform strategy and optimization.

Champion data driven decision making across the marketing organization.
All About You:
- Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in marketing strategy, marketing operations, business operations, or similar roles.
- Proven track record leading strategic planning, operational excellence, financial planning and data driven marketing transformation at scale.
- Expertise in marketing technology platforms (CRM, MAP, analytics tools).
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and financial acumen.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence at senior levels, and manage complex initiatives.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, technology, payments, SaaS, or global enterprise environments.
- Background in performance marketing, product marketing, or revenue operations.
- Experience building scalable operating models for fast growing organizations.
- Success Measures
- Clear improvement in operational efficiency, resource allocation, and cross functional alignment.
- Increased impact and ROI of marketing programs and investments.
- Stronger integration across marketing, sales, and product teams.
