Our Network Products team drives the strategy, roadmap, and execution of this critical asset, generating over $10 billion in annual revenue and supporting a wide array of services. We are looking for a talented Manager, Network Strategy and Data Analytics to contribute to our success.
Position Summary:
As the Manager, Strategy & Data Analytics for Network Products, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and implement strategic initiatives across our product portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of Network Strategy, business proposals, maintaining pricing integrity, revenue assurance, and alignment with Mastercard’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Strategy:
- Support the Network Products leadership team in executing strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across various projects.
- Manage executive communications, facilitate decision-making processes, and coordinate cross-functional projects to drive strategic priorities.
- Work closely with global and regional Product, GTM, and cross-functional leads to support the execution of Network Products' strategic priorities.
- Develop executive presentations and messaging, ensuring transparent communication with strong analytics and product knowledge.
Analytics:
- Lead the development of effective programs and proposals by collaborating with Product and GTM teams to synthesize case studies and build financial/revenue impact models.
- Use data analytics to drive meaningful revenue actions and support strategic decision-making.
Pricing Assurance:
- Oversee program alignment and engagements with pricing implementation, finance, and Controllership guidelines/requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads to identify and validate revenue assurance opportunities, ensuring adherence to pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payments strategy and business process improvements.
- Deep understanding of the Mastercard/payment ecosystem business model.
- Familiarity with pricing strategy execution and implementation processes.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Effective project management and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing complex initiatives.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work independently.
