Overview:
Services is a key growth driver for EEMEA. The Network Services team accelerates commercialization and distribution of all Services solutions across three product groups-Security Solutions, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement and Business & Market Insights- through every Services distribution channel, at scale. We also enable synergies with other Mastercard product groups. Our mandate: deliver sustainable, recurring revenue powered by value-based pricing, innovative business models, tailored propositions and resilient go-to-market strategies across priority customer segments and buying centers.
Role Overview:
The Director Analytics leads the analytical, financial modeling and portfolio performance functions that enable data-driven commercialization and monetization decisions for new Services products, concepts and innovations across all Services distribution channels.
Reporting to the VP Strategic Pricing & Analytics, this role is responsible for designing and delivering analytical frameworks, business case models and performance insights that inform investment, pricing and revenue optimization strategies. The goal is to translate financial, market, and competitive insights into actionable commercialization strategies that drive revenue growth, portfolio profitability and go-to-market effectiveness.
The Director partners closely with the Network Services Commercialization team, Product Groups, and Finance to create an integrated, insight-led approach to portfolio performance, yield management and revenue orchestration. The role blends analytical rigor with commercial acumen to guide high-impact commercialization, investment, pricing, and growth decisions across the EEMEA Services organization.
The Director Analytics role is based in Istanbul, Turkey
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial and business case models to evaluate new products, pricing and commercialization opportunities, quantifying revenue potential, margin impact and ROI.
- Design and institutionalize analytical frameworks, models, and dashboards to measure and optimize revenue, yield and margin performance across Services products, channels and segments.
- Lead portfolio analytics and performance management, driving data-driven insights, scenario modeling and profitability assessments to inform investment and commercialization strategies across Services products, channels and segments.
- Conduct elasticity analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market assessments to guide pricing and deal strategies that enhance yield and commercial outcomes.
- Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for leadership, shaping pricing strategy, resource allocation and commercial decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Sales and Network Services to align analytics, pricing and commercialization governance with enterprise growth and margin objectives.
- Champion data-driven decision-making by building analytical tools, dashboards and scorecards that enhance visibility, accountability and pricing discipline across the Services organization.
- Leadership & People Management: Proven people leader with experience building and managing high-performing analytical teams across on-site and virtual environments. Skilled in coaching, workload prioritization and driving consistent analytical rigor and high-quality insights across all deliverables.

- Proven expertise in financial analytics, data modeling, and portfolio performance management within payments, fintech or financial services.
- Combines analytical depth with commercial acumen, translating complex data into strategic insights that inform pricing, monetization and go-to-market decisions.
- Experienced in applying data frameworks, scenario modeling, and advanced analytics to evaluate opportunities, optimize yield and accelerate revenue growth.
- Ability to lead and manage a dedicated analytics team, fostering capability development, collaboration, and high performance in a matrixed, global organization.
- Comfortable engaging with both technical specialists and senior business leaders, connecting analytical findings to strategic and financial outcomes.
- Skilled in leveraging financial and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL) to deliver actionable insights, forecasting accuracy, and performance visibility.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who embeds data-driven decision-making across Product, Finance and the broader Network Services team.
- Outcome-focused leader who balances analytical rigor, business judgment, and strategic storytelling to drive measurable results and enterprise impact.
