Job Description Summary:

Overview:

• Support strategic product management for enhancements to Mastercard's core network platforms to help accelerate our settlement services and also enabling Stablecoins, CBDCs as settlement mechanisms on the network

• Mastercard's network is the foundation of our $8B+ revenue engine and the platform powering our future services. Reporting to Vice President, Product Management, this newly created role will be a part of the Network Strategy and Product group and will play a critical role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for Mastercard's core network, with a focus on settlement, treasury, and customer support transformation.

This product leader will work with the key product, treasury and engineering teams to drive the product roadmap, innovation strategy, and go-to-market execution for our global settlement capabilities, ensuring Mastercard remains the network of choice for issuers, acquirers, merchants, and fintechs across both current and emerging use cases.

• Key Responsibilities
• Own and evolve the strategy and product roadmap for settlement and treasury capabilities, aligned to Mastercard's network transformation priorities.
• Lead the modernization of customer support by scaling automated, self-service solutions using intelligent automation and ML-based tools.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for high-priority network initiatives, acting as SME for customer inquiries linked to accelerated platform advancements.
• Shape and champion the implementation of scalable, digital solutions to enhance customer experience across clearing, settlement, and treasury operations.
• Assess emerging technologies (e.g., Fed Now, real-time settlement platforms) and define strategic application within Mastercard's ecosystem.
• Partner cross-functionally with global product, technology, operations, and client services teams to accelerate delivery, adoption, and impact
