Overview:
Corporate Solutions is dedicated to delivering robust pB2B payment solutions to Large Market companies and represents a strategic growth priority for Mastercard in Brazil, with a strong focus on fostering adoption of our solutions among large corporations. This role will lead initiatives to engage directly with major enterprises, working closely with our issuing partners to add value to corporate payment processes, address customer needs, and develop the broader commercial payments ecosystem.
Role
In this leadership role, the selected candidate will be resposible for the execution of the Corporate Solutions growth strategy in Brazil:
Lead Mastercard's engagement with large corporate clients in Brazil, in close partnership with issuers, to foster adoption of our Corporate Solutions portfolio.
Identify opportunities to enhance payment processes and deliver innovative solutions that generate tangible value for corporations and the ecosystem.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that promote Mastercard's capabilities and drive growth in commercial payment volumes.
Collaborate with issuers, corporates, and ecosystem partners to co-create solutions tailored to industry needs.
Represent Mastercard with senior executives at client organizations, building trusted, long-term relationships.
Ensure initiatives are aligned with customer needs, product capabilities, and Mastercard's strategic priorities.
Work closely and partner with internal teams, such as Product, Sales, and Customer Delivery, to align execution.
Monitor performance metrics, pipeline progress, and market feedback to continuously refine the approach as needed.
All About You:
The ideal candidate for this position should:
Have extensive experience in B2B payments, commercial card solutions, or transaction banking, with a strong track record in business development and strategic account engagement.
Demonstrate proven leadership in managing high-performing teams within a matrixed environment.
Possess strong consultative skills and the ability to build C-level relationships with large corporate clients.
Bring expertise in corporate procurement processes, ERP integration, and B2B payment flows, including understanding of the economics and value levers for all parties in the payment chain.
Be adept at structuring and negotiating complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
Exhibit strong financial acumen and ability to develop compelling business cases.
Be a strategic thinker capable of turning market opportunities into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Spanish preferred.
Hold a bachelor's degree; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
