Overview:
The Sales Excellence team is looking for a Sales Analyst to provide cross support to our Account Managers, consistently learning and problem-solving. Our team works with a Hub of analysts that are allocated by portfolio and by type of activity. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, self-learner, intellectually curious and interacts well with other areas.
In this client-facing position, you will:
- Provide support and facilitate the understanding of Mastercard fees to the Account Managers and Customers.
- Generate billing analysis to support the customers and new deals.
- Participate in meetings internally and externally.
- Work collaboratively across multiple internal teams (local, regional and global) to improve processes that hold/impact the business agenda with our customers.
- Coordinate multi-functional team for process improvement implementation.
- Learn about the Mastercard strategy and solutions.
- Understand business and market dynamics to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Be highly motivated, intellectually curious and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
- Be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to operate with precision under pressure
All About You:
- Have strong analytical skills and always look for potential solutions to solve problems.
- Ability to translate database into insights and to deal with multiple projects and activities.
- Experience dealing with external or internal stakeholders and build strong relationships with internal and external customers and identify opportunities that solve their pain points.
- Good knowledge in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Excel is a must, Power BI and Access is a plus.
- Analytical thinking and Problem-solving skills.
- Display a high degree of initiative & agility and demonstrate passion about learning and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a strong team player, resilient and able to work autonomously
- Comfortable working in the office three times per week.
- Payment industry knowledge is a plus.
